My own process is in progress. I observe and analyze the strategies/tactics I have been using since I've started on my journey. The healing I speak of comes into play when one realizes something from their past has been and currently is hindering them. Some fall short and only realize what has caused such grief but there they leave it. They complete #1, to unfortunately remain on #1. Let us grow together. You can't beat level 1 and call it GAME OVER; it doesn't work like that. The game has more levels as to life goes on. That would be indirectly calling it quits.
- Identify and acknowledge what it is that you need healing from. How does it truly make you feel? How does it impact you?
- Come to terms with it being in the past. Be well aware that nothing can be done to change what previously happened.
3. Be open to different viewpoints to gain a better understanding. Not to jump the gun and validate the opposing party with what took place. Though when you know more, you can better assess a situation.
4. Trash it and move forward. One thing we cannot continue to do is dwell in our past. Read more about the Negative Bias and how it may be affecting you. To constantly recollect traumatizing or just simply negative occurrences does not help one move forward and/or make progress.
