Clean up or you can’t think…
The ability to keep your home/space clean and organized has a lot if not everything to do with how effectively you think, and how clear those thoughts are.
If the home is in disarray, your mental space will be the same. How will that look you ask? Confusion, anger, and even depression. I didn’t need a case study to form this conclusion. After experiencing and witnessing; I need no more evidence. Note, I don't know an all-around happy hoarder.
WE ALL NEED ORDER.
Wondering why you can't seem to get anything done, let alone start? One reason may be that your home/space looks like shit. I don't blame you for not having the slightest clue of what to do or where to start, how could you? Let's start with cleaning the home, BUT you must keep it clean. Then we can sit down and THINK; without being distracted by the several stacks of papers we must go through and trash.
How one keeps their space can say a lot about an individual. Their ability to get things done, accuracy, organizational skills, attentiveness, ability to prioritize, and maybe even mannerisms. Do I really have to list the opposites for the sloppy individuals?
